Made up of local business owner, community leaders, and concerned citizens, the Partnership for Growth consists of eight sub-committees, or Teams to help Clarion achieve its primary mission: To be the best community in the Midwest. MISSION To be the best community in the Midwest. VISION It is our goal within five years to become the premier groundbreaking community in the Midwest. We define “groundbreaking” as being forward-thinking and innovative. We will aggressively support, retain and attract business and industry while creating a superior quality of life for all. Achieving this will require an increase of 35% in retail sales, 50 new housing units, an increase in school enrollment of 10%, an increase in population of 5% and an increase of 25 businesses with 100 jobs. This will be accomplished through the communication and cooperation of strong leadership from the Clarion Partnership for Growth.
